The New Zealand Kennel Club has a refund policy for overpayment of fees. This is in the form of a credit note for members of the New Zealand Kennel Club which is valid for 18 month from date of issue.
Non-members of the New Zealand Kennel Club are refunded overpayments by a New Zealand Kennel Club cheque.
